2 Answers here (me and the love of my life....Me: E5, the chicken, sides:S2 (love beets!!!) S6, mashed taters....just a preference

From a professional standpoint, you have a VERY GOOD menu going on here.....ALL the entrees sound good~it was a tough decision for me, which caught my eye!!!
Just a thought, you might want to add one more meat/chicken entree, and one more Veggie entree, JUST a suggestion....
I'd give you an "A" on this project, as a LOT of thought went into it.....you may use this for your project, as I'm professionally trained

E5 -no gravy (can't tolerate white flour) The others too sweet (diabetic) or greasy (failing liver). *** I know---I'm difficult--but we are out there too trying to eat...normal. :>)S5, S8 *or a side salad w/ tomatoes would have been my preference.(no cabbage or carrots-allergic).
